Why reload your own ammunition ?
Plan and simple, it's a lot cheaper to reload than it is to buy factory loaded ammunition.
Here's a couple examples:
A 50 round box of 38 Special 158 Grain Lead Round Nose Factory Loaded Bullets costs around $20.00 depending on what brand you buy and where you buy it. I just reloaded 50 rounds of 38 special 158 Grain Lead Round Nose Bullets and it cost me a total of $5.92
A 50 round box of 45 ACP 230 Grain Lead Round Nose Factory Loaded Bullets costs around $22.00 depending on
what brand you buy and where you buy it. I just reloaded 50 rounds of 45 ACP 230 Grain Lead Round Nose
Bullets and it cost me a total of $8.49
