NOTE: Although PayPal processes our payments, you do not need a PayPal account to pay

We will also accept checks if paying 14 days prior to a Course or Clinic.

- If you need to reschedule your course or clinic to a different date, you need to contact us at least 14 days before your scheduled course date in order for your deposit to be applied to your new course date. The new course date must be no later than 30 days from the original scheduled course date.
- If a student cancels a course within 24 hours of course registration he/she is entitled to a full refund.
- If a student cancels a course more than 14 days before commencement of the course he/she is entitled to a full refund less the deposit.
- 50% refund will be given to any student who withdraws up to 14 days before the commencement of the course.
- No refund will be given to any student who withdraws after commencement of the course or clinic.
- Deposits are Non-refundable, except for the terms listed above.
- In the unlikely event that the Shamrock Stables, Inc. is unable to deliver a course in full, a full refund will be offered of all the course money paid to date. Alternatively, the student may be offered enrolment to a different course date at no extra cost. Students have the right to choose whether they would prefer a full refund of course fees, or to accept placement to a different course date.
